Starting this fall, parents can submit sports forms online instead of handing them into the office! The necessary forms that will need to be uploaded or agreed to on Bound are the back page only of the Physical Form, the Concussion Form, the Student Participation Agreement, and the Emergency Medical Waiver. You can upload documents by taking a picture on your phone. The ability to upload documents will open on July 1. This will guarantee that all documents are valid for the entirety of the 2025-2026 athletic seasons.
