St. Mary’s is proud to offer a wide range of traditions and service activities that bring together faculty, staff, students, and the community in faith and fellowship. Parents, families, and supporters are invited to take part in the faith life and service experiences that define Remsen St. Mary’s Schools.
To act justly,
to love tenderly,
and walk humbly
with our God.
-Micah 6:8
Remsen St. Mary's focuses on a different theme each school year. The teachers incorporate the theme's message throughout the curriculum.

Remsen St. Mary's weekly liturgies for grades 2-12 will be held on Wednesday mornings at 8:15 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, unless otherwise scheduled for a special event. Preschool through 1st grade students also join in throughout the year. Watch the school website calendar for special event liturgies. Everyone is invited to attend any of these liturgies.
Students are involved in all liturgical ministry roles in the Mass, such as planning, lectoring, singing, and carrying up the gifts.
Reconciliation services for students and staff will be available throughout the school year. Reconciliation will also be available upon request. The public is always welcome to attend these services.
St. Mary's faculty, staff, and students begin and end the day, and begin each class with prayer. Before and after meal prayers are recited at lunchtime. CLT plans and leads special prayer services throughout the school year.
Please join us in saying this special prayer for St. Mary's Schools:
We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen
Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.
Christian Leadership Team’s purpose is to help students learn about the skills necessary for positive, healthy leadership according to Christian values, as well as to provide opportunity for the students to discover those skills within themselves and to practice those skills in a position of responsibility.
The goal is to promote faith formation and the spirituality of St. Mary’s School community, to encourage consistent student involvement, and the organization of ministry activities, such as liturgies, community service, prayer, reconciliation services, etc.
